Maya Training and Developing Company to Launch Online and In-person Transformational Workshops for Individuals and Corporates

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 30th Nov 2022 –  Maya Taher, founder & CEO of The Maya Training & Developing Company, recently announced their 16th online workshop in 2 years on somatic trauma healing, anxiety and whereabouts of transformation. The organisation trains human behaviour with an emphasis and elucidation on the role of the individual’s comprehending abilities and journey towards self-actualization. The company was launched as an Arabic online platform during the pandemic, and since then has offered healing and self-developing courses; under which they have launched 16 courses since their inception and catered to more than 5000 people across 60 countries.

For Maya, the business has always been about providing access to opportunities that guide people to identify self-limiting patterns, measure, predict and act in ways that proactively enhance their productivity and reintegrate with society.

In order to achieve this and keep expanding the reach of the company, they are working on building a community that can help them deliver these transformative courses in an even more effective way.

“The Maya Training & Developing Company is all about empowering individuals, so they can achieve their full potential and live a fulfilling life.” Taher further adds, “I am honoured to launch what I believe is the most comprehensive and effective workshop on somatic trauma healing. The program provides participants with a deeper understanding of how their own behaviour contributes to negative emotions and other mental health challenges. We aim to empower individuals and businesses through education and support.”

Highly engaging, with new research at its core, The Maya Training & Developing Company’s workshop will break down the root causes of mental health challenges into these elements:

  1. Understanding body and mind
  2. Becoming aware of the physical sensations experienced
  3. Investigating what beliefs or thoughts may be fueling these sensations
  4. Guided exploration towards self-actualization based on personal context & journey

The workshop further targets offering immediate insight into actions tied directly to behavioural outcomes. The company recently onboarded 11 young volunteers to learn and put that knowledge into action. Progressing on the idea of community, these volunteers will be available to share their insights and work with participants on applying what they learned in the workshop.

Maya Training & Developing Company continues its mission in the industry with further plans to expand its operations through yearly planners, upgrades in online platforms with extra features, re-launching online and in-person courses in English and Arabic languages and personal events. The expansion is soon to be announced by the CEO and founder and is targeted to be a transformational moment for mental health in the UAE and beyond.
